 Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Danner was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. He has 17 years experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an attorney, claims manager, claims adjuster and fraudulent insurance claims investigator. Mr. Danner received his B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 1984 and J.D. from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2003. Mr. Danner speaks intermediate to semi-fluent Spanish. Mr. Danner has been a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Miami-Dade Defense Bar Association, Federalist Society, and American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Broward County Bar Association. Mr. Danner has jury trial experience participating in the defense of cases involving personal injury, slip and fall, premises liability and other civil matters. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Danner worked for Allstate Insurance Company, Security National Insurance Company and Reliance Insurance as the Miami Branch Manager in charge of all aspects of the office's claim investigations. As an adjuster, Mr. Danner specialized in adjusting catastrophic loss, wrongful death, and bad faith claims.
