WILLIAM ERIC FASKING

 Born and raised in central Illinois, Mr. Fasking has been an insurance defense litigator for 10
years. Prior to joining Kirwan & Spellacy, P.A. as head of our Winter Haven office, he practiced in Illinois. Mr. Fasking was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. Prior to attending law school, he worked for 5 years in claims with a major insurance company, and holds a CPCU designation. Mr. Fasking received his B.S. from Illinois Wesleyan University, cum laude, and J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude.
While the majority of his practice has been in insurance defense litigation, he has also represented municipalities and officers in civil rights actions brought in federal court. Mr. Fasking has extensive jury trial experience in the defense of personal injury lawsuits as well as slip and falls, premises liability, product liability and other civil matters.
He has represented various insurance companies in declaratory judgment actions involving the interpretation of insurance policy language. He has represented clients in arbitration cases involving uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits and has also served as an arbitrator in such cases.
Mr. Fasking and his wife and son reside in Winter Haven Florida.
