 A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Chris Kirwan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. He has more than 11 years of experience in insurance defense and No-Fault disputes, including jury trials. He has handled over 4500 lawsuits for insurers, including Allstate Insurance Company, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Progressive Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Federal National Insurance Company, State National Insurance Company, American Vehicle Insurance Company and Encompass Insurance.
He has extensive experience in insurance fraud investigations, including with Special Investigation Units. He received his B.S. and B.A. from Florida State University in 1992 and a J.D. from St. Thomas University in 1995. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
