 Shawn Spellacy has 20 years of defense trial practice and litigation experience in Florida including extensive experience in defending traumatic brain injury (TBI), wrongful death, catastrophic loss, and bodily injury cases.
He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Broward and Palm Beach County Bar Associations, and the Defense Research Institute.
Representative clients include State Farm Insurance Companies, Allstate Insurance Company, Progressive Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Federated Insurance Company, Superior Insurance Company, Mercury Insurance Company, E-Surance Insurance Company, G.A.B.
