ERICH R. VON UNRUH

Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. von Unruh was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. He has 5 years experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an Attorney and Law Clerk. Mr. von Unruh received his B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 2000 (cum laude) and J.D. from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2004. Mr. von Unruh has been a member of the Florida Bar Association. From November 2002 up to the present Mr. von Unruh has been working with Patrick Shawn Spellacy first as a Law Clerk and now as an Associate. Mr. von Unruh has assisted Mr. Spellacy with all phases of case handling including discovery, motions, research, and trial preparation. Currently, as an Associate, Mr. von Unruh is handling Personal Injury Protection, Homeowner and Subrogation claims.
