EXAMINATION UNDER OATH
The experienced attorneys at all four of our Florida offices are available to perform examinations under oath (EUO's). We handle an extraordinary number of EUO's for most of the major insurance carriers in Florida concerning a wide variety of coverage and claim issues including casualty, hurricane, theft, automobile liability and PIP claims.
Because of recent PIP case law, as noted in Amador v United Auto, our office procedures are streamlined to be sure all requirements as noted in this case law are followed.
